Prior management/leadership experience preferred. Jurisdictional Experience: California WC Active Adjusters' licenses: CA Designation required. SIP optional. Location: This role is eligible for fully remote work How you'll make an impact Supervise a small Workers Compensation team. Demonstrate significant claims handling skills and carry an individual case load delivering high quality and efficient service. Participate in adjuster hiring and training to nurture a culture of performance and continuous improvement. Manage workloads and motivate performance. Use Gallagher's technology to enhance your team's efficiency and quality. Communicate with clients, carriers and brokers in a professional, positive and proactive manner. Effectively manage multiple competing priorities, identify coaching opportunities and position team members for successful development. About You REQUIRED: High School Diploma Minimum of 10 years related claims experience required Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled Knowledge of all team member related functions DESIRED: Bachelor's Degree Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
