Operations Manager (Manufacturing)Molex is seeking an Operations Manager for our Georgetown, Texas location supporting the Aerospace & Defense Solutions (ADS) division. This role will be responsible for managing manufacturing operations while supporting the continued growth and expansion of the Georgetown site. The Operations Manager will lead production teams, develop frontline leadership, drive operational performance, and partner across functions to build the capabilities needed to support current and future business needs.You'll join a growing manufacturing organization within Molex's Aerospace & Defense Solutions division. Our Georgetown team works closely across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, HR, Facilities, and other capabilities to safely deliver high-quality products to our customers while building an operation positioned for continued growth.Operations Leadership & ExecutionLead day-to-day manufacturing operations with accountability for safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and people based on individual strengths, contribution, and business needsWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant manufacturing leadership experience7+ years of progressive manufacturing or operations experienceExperience leading manufacturing teams and developing frontline leadersExperience managing operations within a growing, changing, or complex manufacturing environmentDemonstrated experience driving results across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivityExperience partnering across Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, HR, and other business functionsExperience using data and structured problem solving to identify root causes and improve operational performanceAbility to navigate ambiguity, changing priorities, and a fast-paced manufacturing environmentWhat Will Put You AheadExperience supporting the launch, expansion, or significant scale-up of a manufacturing
