Aaron's, Inc - 1301 West Wade Hampton Boulevard, STE B - Responsibilities: Drive payment collections and lease agreement renewals by understanding lease benefits and ensuring customer satisfaction; Build relationships with customers over the phone and in person to move them toward ownership; Maintain updated customer information in the store computer system and document all payment appointments; Contact customers who have not renewed their Lease agreements both in home visits and by phone; Assist the Customer Account Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals
