ATSG also has a leading aircraft Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul business (AMES), as well as a logistics and services business (LGSTX).Across its various business lines, ATSG has built an impressive roster of major customers in both the private and public sectors to include, but not limited to, Amazon (Prime Air), DHL, UPS, Delta Airlines, Frontier Airlines, Atlas Air, to name a few.ATSG employs more than 5,800 employees through its broad-based operations.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support & PrioritizationServes as the first point of contact for assigned executivesManages complex executive calendars, schedules, and priorities across multiple leadersEnsures executives are fully prepared for all commitments, proactively resolving conflicts and competing prioritiesScreens and prioritizes communications, including calls, emails, and correspondenceExecutive Coordination & CommunicationPartners with other Executive Assistant(s) to provide coordinated, team-based support to senior leadership, ensuring continuity, coverage, and a seamless executive experienceServes as a central coordination point across internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders, board members, and partnersPrepares and drafts executive communications, correspondence, agendas, and follow-up materialsTracks action items, decisions, and deadlines to ensure timely execution and accountabilityBoard & Governance SupportPrepares for Board of Directors and Committee meetings, including agendas, materials, and logisticsCoordinates with Legal on Board resolutions and materialsAttends meetings as needed to capture minutes, track actions, and ensure follow-throughProvides administrative support to Board members on company-related mattersMeetings, Materials & ExecutionPrepares agendas, reports, presentations support, and executive-ready materialsEnsures all meeting materials are accurate, complete, and delivered on time with strong attention to detailCoordinates logistics and technology needs for executive and Board meetingsTravel, Expenses & EventsManages complex executive and Board travel logistics, including itineraries and contingency planningOversees expense reporting, travel tracking, and related administrative requirementsSupports corporate events, leadership offsites, and key external engagementsProjects & Process ImprovementLeads or supports short- and long-term projects, including research, data compilation, and reportingDevelops and improves processes for scheduling, meeting preparation, and executive workflowsIdentifies opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce friction, and elevate execution standardCore CompetenciesExecutive Presence & Judgment – Operates with maturity, discretion, and sound decision-makingAnticipation & Proactivity – Identifies needs before they arise; solves problems earlyOperational Excellence – Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detailCommunication Excellence – Produces clear, polished, executive-level written and verbal communicationPrioritization & Time Management – Manages competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentRelationship Management – Builds trust with executives, board members, and external stakeholdersConfidentiality & Integrity – Handles sensitive information with professionalism and discretionQualificationsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred; recent graduates with strong academic performance, demonstrated initiative, and interest in working with senior leadership are encouraged to apply; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be consideredFor Executive Assistant level, 0-5 years of experience supporting senior executives or high-performing early-career candidate or recent graduate.For Senior Executive Assistant level, 5–10+ years supporting senior executives, or demonstrated high performance in a rigorous business environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage at the executive and Board levelProven ability to anticipate needs and work independently with minimal directionAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint);Strong technical aptitude with a willingness to leverage AI and productivity tools to drive efficiency, improve workflows, and enhance executive effectiveness.Compensation (differentiated by level):Base Salary: $70,000 – $120,000Target Bonus: 5-10%BenefitsRobust medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with 5% dollar-for-dollar company matchShort-term incentive bonus programGenerous Paid Time Off and HolidaysOnsite gymFlexible Work OptionsOption for four 10-hour days (every Friday off)Option for alternate work schedule (every other Friday off); orUp to 4 days/month remote work, based on performance and business needs
