Embark on a fulfilling contract role supporting students in a vibrant educational setting, utilizing your expertise as an Occupational Therapist. This opportunity takes place in a welcoming community close to Moncks Corner, SC, with an immediate start and extending until early June 2027. You’ll primarily serve College Park Elementary and may also provide coverage at a secondary site with a light caseload.

Ideal candidates are skilled at fostering student growth and building collaborative partnerships with school staff, students, and families. Your work will enable children to achieve their greatest level of independence and participation in school-based activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active South Carolina Occupational Therapy license
• Experience providing therapy in K-12 school environments preferred
• Strong assessment, documentation, and IEP development skills
• Comfortable working at multiple locations with varying caseload sizes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Passion for empowering children to reach their academic and functional goals

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services as per IEP requirements and student needs
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations; participate in eligibility decisions
• Develop, implement, and update treatment plans in collaboration with educators and families
• Monitor, document, and communicate student progress
• Provide consultative support and training to teachers and staff
• Maintain timely, compliant paperwork and records
