divh2Material Handler- 3rd Shift (11:00pm-7:00am)/h2pOverall Summary:/ppThe Material Handler efficiently delivers materials and supplies using pallet jacks, high lifts, and power jacks./ppPrimary Duties/Responsibilities:/pulliUtilize automated inventory system to locate materials and supplies./liliDocument material transactions in the system; complete the material handling section of paperwork for warehouse returns./liliMove processed material from workstations to the appropriate staging area./liliEnsure the accurate repackaging of leftover materials./liliMaintain a clean and safe work area; report any safety hazards immediately./liliPerform other (or other related) duties as applicable or assigned./li/ulpRequired Skills /Abilities/Competencies:/pulliAbility to read and write English; understand oral and written communications and follow directions./liliAbility to safely operate power equipment./liliGood mathematical skills./liliTeam oriented./liliDetail oriented./li/ulpEducation and Experience:/pulliHigh School Diploma/GED preferred, or commensurate experience relating to the job required./liliComputer and scanner experience./liliPrevious experience using floor jacks, pallet jacks, high lifts, and/or power jacks preferred./liliPrevious participation on a safety team and/or other safety training a plus./li/ulpPhysical Requirements:/pulliAbility to work 8 hour shifts, Monday-Friday./liliAbility to work overtime when needed./liliStandard and non-climate-controlled production environment; exposure to loud noise (PPE is provided)./liliAbility to lift, carry and push/pull up to 35 pounds; occasionally up to 65 pounds./liliAbility to stand, walk, bend, twist, pivot, crouch, squat, kneel, and stoop for up to 8 hours./liliUpper extremity motion requirements: fine motor movements, pushing/pulling with arms, grasping and pinching./liliLower extremity motion requirements: reaching./li/ulpEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
