Client Service & Operations Specialist

The Department The Client Services & Operations Team is responsible for providing client integration, account opening support and coordinating support with research, trading, and investment reporting, and reporting activities of the firm. The Client Service & Operations Specialist core mission is to ensure a smoothly operating environment and deliver high-quality client service to both internal and external customers. The Client Service & Operations Specialist purpose Ensure outstanding service and customer satisfaction. Develop scalable processes and procedures to support company growth and maximize efficiency. The Client Service & Operations Specialist responsibilities include Communicate with advisors to ensure that client service standards are met, apportioning workload, and continuously adjusting priorities and timelines to meet time constraints and deadlines. Assist in client onboarding and associated paperwork processing on multiple platforms. Monitor client account activity, facilitate client funds transfers, confirm accounts allocated, generate, and reconcile quarterly performance reporting. Coordinate with Compliance on applicable matters, such as recordkeeping, and periodic testing of applicable policies and procedures (i.e., advisory contracts, client billing and reporting). Management of multiple Outlook calendars for a variety of advisors, assist with coordination of meetings.
