Locum Cardiologist Opportunity | $180-$200/Hour | Queens, NY (Remote or On-Site) Location: Queens, NY Pay Rate: $180.00-$200.00 per hour Assignment Type: Part-Time Locum with Potential for Permanent Placement Schedule: 3 Days Per Week Setting: Outpatient Pre-Surgical Clearance Practice Work Arrangement: Remote or On-Site About the Opportunity A growing outpatient practice in Queens is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Cardiologist to provide pre-surgical cardiac clearance services on a part-time basis. This is a highly flexible, low-stress opportunity that can be performed remotely or in person. The position is focused primarily on reviewing patient charts, pre-operative testing, laboratory results, EKGs, and other relevant clinical information to determine cardiac clearance for surgery. Direct patient interaction is minimal and only required when clinically necessary. Supported by an experienced team of Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Medical Assistants, and administrative staff, this role offers an excellent opportunity for a physician seeking supplemental income, schedule flexibility, and reduced administrative burden. This is a locum-to-permanent opportunity with the potential for a profit-sharing arrangement upon transition to a permanent position.
