Key responsibilities for this position include: Drive the creation of original algorithmic solutions for analog‑to‑digital and digital‑to‑analog converters, starting from foundational principles and owning the process from ideation through deployment Design, model and optimize novel algorithms using a strong mathematical foundation Design, model and optimize novel algorithms suitable for running in resource‑constrained, power‑sensitive and time‑critical systems Develop test frameworks and procedures to thoroughly validate algorithm performance Document algorithm design and usage guidelines for internal and external stakeholders Lead and participate in design reviews to ensure algorithm quality, robustness and alignment with system requirements Occasionally gather and clarify technical specifications Collaborate closely with software and hardware teams Qualifications Required Demonstrated history of developing original algorithms that delivered significant impact in solving complex problems Strong knowledge of digital signal processing principles, adaptive filtering, and estimation theory Strong mathematical and problem‑solving skills Expert knowledge of MATLAB or Python, with familiarity with C/C++ Ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional, distributed teams, including hardware, software, test and product engineering groups Ability to set and manage priorities, adapt to change, and drive progress of activities, risks and deliverables to closure MSEE in EE or ECE and 5+ years of experience or PhD in a related area Preferred High‑speed data converter experience Familiarity with machine learning algorithms Leadership skills and experience in directing and mentoring junior engineers Salary and Work The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $144,000 to $198,000. Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors. This position qualifies for a discretionary performance‑based bonus based on personal and company factors.
