Radiology Technologists - New Graduates 2026

We are seeking Radiology students graduating Spring 2026 to join our Health Network as X‑Ray Technologists or in other modalities. Positions are available across the UVM Health Network. Locations Central Vermont Medical Center – Berlin, VT Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital – Plattsburgh, NY Elizabethtown Community Hospital – Elizabethtown and Ticonderoga, NY Porter Medical Center – Middlebury, VT University of Vermont Medical Center – Burlington, VT Responsibilities Radiology Technologists will demonstrate progressive knowledge and responsibility in daily operations. They operate a variety of X‑ray equipment to perform routine radiographs and fluoroscopic procedures according to established practices under the direction of a radiologist, supervisor, and lead technologists. X‑ray technologists assist in the clinical instruction of radiography students and other personnel as needed. Technologists may be required to work a variety of shifts, at multiple campuses, weekends, holidays, and take call on a rotational basis. Pre‑Employment Requirements Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology approved by CAHEA/JRCERT. Licensed with the State of Vermont or State of New York to practice in radiology prior to start date. ARRT certification required. Eligibility or existing certification to become certified by the professional organizations for sonography or nuclear medicine (commonly ARDMS or NMTCB) if applying for those modalities.
