You’ll collaborate with senior engineers, automation teams, and program leads to review technical drawings, evaluate manufacturing feasibility, and contribute to production and inspection workflows.This is a high-growth opportunity for someone who’s excited to work across disciplines, develop core manufacturing skills, and help solve real-world industrial challenges.What You’ll Do:Review part and assembly drawings to assess manufacturing feasibilityAssist in developing production workflows and tooling requirementsSupport CapEx research, equipment evaluation, and vendor coordinationProvide technical input to automation and inspection planningWhat We’re Looking For:1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering environmentComfortable reading mechanical drawings and applying DFM principlesStrong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to work hands-onInterest in building modern manufacturing systems and processesWillingness to travel (~25%) for site visits and vendor interactionWhat Will Set You Apart:Exposure to high-mix/low-volume production environmentsFamiliarity with CNC machining, additive, assembly, or precision manufacturingInterest in robotics, automation, or systems integrationFor this role, the target salary range is $125,000-$175,000 (actual range may vary based on experience).This is the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
