Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for business growth. Revenue Management: Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize pricing, occupancy rates, and revenue streams. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate partners, and travel agents to drive business. Sales Targets: Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring the team meets or exceeds revenue objectives. Promotional Activities: Develop and oversee promotional campaigns, advertising, and marketing initiatives to attract guests. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to hotel management. Brand Representation: Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel’s services and build brand awareness. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel departments, such as operations and front desk, to ensure a seamless guest experience and maximize revenue opportunities.
