About the Position

Job Title: CT Tech Profession: CT Tech Specialty: Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years License: ARRT (R) (CT) Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Minimum 6 months of current CT Tech experience ARD (R) (CT) BLS Description: Travel opportunity for a CT Tech. Schedule is Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 7 PM to 7 AM. Unit typically has 4 techs and a supervisor daily. On weekends, there are 3-day staff and 1-night staff. Daily staffing comprises 2 techs on day shifts and 1 tech on night shifts. The facility features 2 in-house scanners (128 and 16 slice) and 1 mobile unit (64 slice). The electronic medical record system is Meditech. Candidates with night shift and trauma level experience are preferred. GE equipment experience and familiarity with Meditech and Centricity PACS are advantageous. Typical procedures performed include CTA, ABD PELV, and CAP PELV. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, a self-starter, and possesses critical thinking skills. Willingness to work as part of a team is essential.
