You may work between the following clinic hours:

Aspen Ridge Clinic

• Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Crestwood Clinic

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

As our Front Desk Receptionist, you'll help create an outstanding patient experience from the moment patients walk through the door.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcome patients and visitors with exceptional customer service
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Schedule and confirm therapy appointments
• Register new patients and collect required documentation
• Verify insurance information and explain patient benefits
• Collect co-pays and process patient payments
• Maintain accurate patient records using EMR
• Prepare patient charts for therapists
• Monitor office supplies and assist with inventory
• Complete daily administrative and financial reconciliation tasks
• Support therapists and clinic staff with administrative needs

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Two years of medical office or healthcare front desk experience
• Experience with EMR or medical scheduling software
• Knowledge of insurance verification and patient benefits
• Medical terminology knowledge
• Experience with physician referrals and medical scheduling
