Travel Acute Care Physical Therapist - $2,362 per week

Job Description & Requirements TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Saint Louis, Missouri. Job Details Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff (therapy technicians) Bill within the respective setting, following facility guidelines Understand the PT board's rules and regulations and comply with state requirements Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure team‑focused plan of care Understand adaptive equipment Evaluate and create a plan of care Modify plan of care as indicated based on patient's condition Use Medical Center computer systems in performance of daily tasks Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines Requirements Minimum 6 months of experience (new graduates encouraged). Exceptionally, 1 year of experience may be accepted. BLS certification State‑specific licensing ABPTS certification Ability to stand, walk, bend, lean, and stoop for long periods Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment.
