Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior-level Healthcare Business Analyst who understands both business processes and laboratory technology . The candidate should be comfortable working directly with laboratory and clinical stakeholders while partnering with technical teams on LIS/LIMS implementations, integrations, testing, and process improvement.

Business Analyst Healthcare Laboratory Systems (LIS/LIMS)

Experience with LIS/LIMS platforms, HL7, FHIR, APIs, EHR/EMR integrations, and laboratory operations is highly desirable.

Location: Remote

Compensation: Up to $110,000 per year , including any bonuses or variable compensation

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Healthcare Laboratory Systems (LIS/LIMS) expertise to support business process improvement, system implementation, integration, and digital transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of Business Analysis experience , including at least 3 years working with healthcare laboratory systems and clinical laboratory workflows . This role will work closely with laboratory operations, clinical stakeholders, product owners, vendors, and technical teams to gather requirements, optimize workflows, support integrations, and ensure successful system delivery.
