Spine Center Referral Lead & Training Coach

West Virginia University Health System is seeking a Scheduling Call Center Liaison/Referral Specialist in Charleston, WV. This role supports communication between scheduling staff, management, clinics and patient access, while developing training and mentoring new employees.
Responsibilities include addressing insurance issues, educating patients, coordinating with providers, and maintaining workflow between facilities.
