DC General General Warehouse Associate - Equipment Operator I

Warehouse Associate/Equipment Operator – 2nd Shift (3:00PM–11:30PM) – $20.50/hr Responsibilities Assist in overseeing the day‑to‑day workflow of the department. Assist in meeting daily, weekly, and monthly department goals. Assist in resolving day‑to‑day operational issues. Assist in training and motivating subordinates to improve current performance. Cultivate an environment of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, quality, and/or reduce costs, and champion related initiatives. Work with the team to ensure the department is clean, organized, secure, and safe at all times. Perform other duties as assigned. Adhere to all safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), such as a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400lbs. Qualifications 3+ years of warehouse experience. Background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory. Proven ability to train others. Fully proficient in multiple core warehouse functions. Proven understanding of safety regulations and procedures. Product knowledge relevant to the role. Problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication skills. Computer proficiency. Strong organizational skills and leadership qualities to give and receive team direction. Pay & Benefits Hourly wage: $15.00 – $23.79 (pay range displayed). Bonus or incentive plan eligible. Compliant with all wage regulations; starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
