Job Description:

• Looking for a Data Analyst with XML and JSON experience
• Heavy on Data mapping and Data analysis
• Will be performing mix of BA and Data Analyst role but heavy on Data side
• Understanding of business and technical requirement
• Non-relational Database experience required, MongoDB preferred
• No preference for a specific industry background
• Experience with Schemas
• Will be writing user stories on need basis
• Writes user stories based on business driven functionality as well as technical capabilities
• Understands and proactively utilizes Modern Delivery practices
• Manages process and solves issues effectively using Modern Delivery techniques
• Offers problem solving support via personal knowledge and by asking effective probing questions
• Recognizes roadblocks early and efficiently removes them
• Encourages open sharing of ideas from full team, including from different perspectives and people
• Exhibits comfort trialing new ideas, even when different when status quo
• Celebrates and promotes successful collaboration between team members
• Builds open lines of communication between people – and role models prompt, clear communication
• Utilizes existing / builds new forums to foster cross-team collaboration
