Description

Ability to complete a nursing physical assessment Skill in developing a plan of care including setting goals, monitoring, and documenting process Ability to implement interventions that are pertinent to goals established in the plan of care Ability to evaluate the effective of intervention towards the attainment of established goals and to recognize the need to reassess or reset goals parameters. Ability to delegate tasks in a management style that is consistent with promoting leadership and teamwork Knowledge base to provide education to patient, families, and other staff regarding clinical and patient care issues.

Qualifications *Please ensure your resume and application clearly specify the unit(s) you have worked on as part of your work experience*

• BSN or MSN
• Current California RN license
• PACU experience preferred
• ACLS,PALS,BLS required
• ICU or ER trained
• Must be able to push, pull, lift, up to 35 lbs.
