Seeking rideshare drivers to use their personal vehicle to transport passengers to destinations booked through our private mobile app. They are expected to manage their own schedule as independent contractors, navigate efficiently, maintain a clean vehicle, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Passenger Transport: Safely pick up and drop off riders at requested locations using GPS navigation.
• Customer Service: Maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming vehicle environment. Provide appropriate passenger interaction (e.g., conversing or offering silence based on rider preference).
• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine safety checks on brakes, tires, and lights, and ensure the car meets company compliance standards.
• Trip Logistics: Monitor the driver application to accept trip requests, track earnings, and follow local traffic and safety laws.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Driver’s License: Valid U.S. driver's license, typically with at least 1-3 years of licensed driving experience.
• Age Requirements: Minimum 21 to 25 years old
• Background Check: Must pass a criminal history and motor vehicle records check (no major driving violations or DUIs).
• Vehicle & Insurance: Access to an eligible 4-door vehicle and valid auto insurance. A specialized rideshare endorsement may be required by your personal insurance provider.
• Technology: Smartphone proficiency to operate the driver app, navigate routes, and track payments.

• Communication: Clear verbal communication and problem-solving skills to handle rider inquiries or navigation challenges.
