CNC Programmer

We are actively seeking experienced CNC Programmers to join and grow in the PPG organization. Princeton Tool South, a Princeton Precision Group company, is seeking experienced CNC Programmers to support the development of new programs and improvement of historical programs. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience programming 3-5 axis CNC equipment. Program from solid model files, drawings, and sketches Read and interpret blueprints and design models Develop fixtures and work holding devices Provide fully dimensional prints for the shop floor on parts that have reduced dimension drawings Attend training on new or current software as needed Coordinate with Engineering and Quality to resolve blueprint and model issues related to the programming and machining of various parts Knowledge, skills, and abilities Program 3-4 axis machines 5 axis programming preferred but not required Lathe programming preferred but not required Proficient in geometric tolerancing High school diploma or equivalent 3 or more years of Mastercam experience Experience with tight tolerance manufacturing 3 or more years of experience setting up CNC machinery Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Expert level attention to Detail Compensation: Compensation for this role is based upon years of industry specific experience Princeton Precision Group abides by applicable export control laws including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) in accordance with the company's export control procedures.
