• Are you ready to travel locally across Southeastern PA and NJ to support multiple projects?

• Perform routine and targeted field safety inspections across PA/NJ projects.
• Create and refine safety procedures, checklists, and protocols.
• Offer recommendations during owner meetings and insurance reviews .
• Contribute to safety committees and partner with project teams to implement improvements.
• Address issues in real time while maintaining strong rapport with crews.

• 1–3 years of construction safety experience (heavy civil/industrial preferred: highways, water/wastewater, industrial facilities).
• Working expertise in OSHA rules and regulations .
• Demonstrated procedure writing/editing capability.
• Comfort conducting field inspections and advising operations teams.
• Willingness to travel locally across Southeastern PA & NJ .
• Proficiency with Word and Excel .
• Bonus: Ability to read construction plans/specs .

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in safety, engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience teaching internal safety classes .
• Ease in owner‑level safety discussions .
• Track record of supporting multiple teams and sites .
• Positive, proactive problem‑solver.
