Pay Rate $18.50–$19.00 per hour, depending on shift Shifts: 2nd shift: $18.50 / hour – Mon – Fri, 2:15pm — 10:15pm 3rd shift: $19.00 / hour – Sun — Thurs, 10:15pm — 6:15am Overtime required every other Saturday or Friday depending on business needs Why you should apply to be Assembly Operator: Weekly pay for reliability and peace of mind

You’ll be: Setting up and operating manual or automated equipment for parts manufacturing Optimizing cycle times and achieving production goals in a team environment Collaborating with skilled trades and support staff to ensure efficient operations Identifying opportunities for improvement in quality, safety, and process Standing for at least 90% of your shift and lifting up to 35 pounds This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Are at least 18 years old and eager to start a manufacturing career Can read blueprints, job data sheets, and safety instructions Have good hand/eye coordination and a keen attention to detail Are team-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable Are physically able to lift, bend, stand, walk, and kneel throughout your shift Thrive in a fast-paced environment As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
