A House Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in residential and commercial settings through various cleaning tasks. This role involves both independent work and team collaboration, with regular travel between client locations. The House Cleaner typically reports directly to the Company owner and works on a flexible schedule including daily, weekly, and as-needed cleaning assignments.

 

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Dispose of waste and assist with laundry tasks
• Engage with customers to address their cleaning needs and ensure satisfaction
• Conduct deep cleaning and move-in/move-out cleaning as required
• Adhere to household cleaner safety guidelines and safety compliance standards
• Travel regularly between client locations to perform cleaning services
• Manage cleaning tasks independently and collaborate with team members when necessary

 

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in cleaning services
• Valid driver's license for travel between client locations
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Knowledge of various cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
• Excellent customer service abilities and reliability
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties efficiently
• Commitment to safety compliance in all cleaning activities

 

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
