Technical Project Manager

Learn more about us (3) LER TechForce: Life | LinkedIn What you will be doing: Lead cross‑functional project teams to complete Sustaining and New Product Development (NPD) projects from planning through implementation. Organize and lead teams using project management skills, planning, organization, communication, and collaboration; manage diverse scopes of projects with limited supervision. Direct activities of internal and external team members to meet project objectives; implement design changes into production and provide consultative support for other engineering projects. Support continuous improvement opportunities and ongoing process improvements to build the group. Plan, execute projects, coach team members, solve problems, and make decisions with limited direction; communicate status up and down the organization. What you'll need to be successful: Bachelor's degree in engineering/technical field, preferably Software or Systems Engineering. 3‑5 years of applied project management experience managing projects of various sizes for Embedded Software Programs. Demonstrated ability to communicate and negotiate with a diverse group of cross‑functional stakeholders in Marketing, R&D, QA, Regulatory, Sourcing, and Operations. Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. Attention to detail. Applied experience with Microsoft Project. Familiarity with Agile product development process. Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Medical Device Background or Automotive Industry experience. Technical 4‑Year Degree. Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
