Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Provide reliable and friendly companionship, fostering a supportive and positive environment. Monitor and document any changes in health conditions and report any concerns to the appropriate parties. Administer medications as prescribed and assist with medical appointments as needed. Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation, to maintain a clean and safe living space. Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being. Uphold the highest standards of privacy and dignity for all clients. Qualifications Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required. A high school diploma or equivalent. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Patient, empathetic, and dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for clients. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
