About the Role:

• As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide physical therapy services to our residents, including evaluations, treatments, and interventions.

• You will assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to achieve specific goals and objectives.

• You will work closely with the physical therapy team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.

• You will maintain accurate records of treatment and patient progress.

Responsibilities:
