Job Requirements

• MD or DO degree with completion of an accredited Urology residency
• Active and unrestricted medical license in Pennsylvania, or eligibility to obtain one (Pennsylvania urology jobs)
• Board certification or board eligibility in Urology
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in urology practice
• Willingness to provide coverage at multiple sites (Farrell, Hermitage, New Castle)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive urology care across inpatient and outpatient settings, including consults and follow-up visits
• Participate in overnight call coverage with minimal daytime patient load (overnight call for urology)
• Deliver patient-centered care at multiple locations and coordinate care between clinics and hospitals
• Collaborate with nursing staff, advanced practice providers, and specialists to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient encounters in the electronic medical record
