Schedule Type Fixed 12-Hour Shifts No Rotation Required Candidates must be flexible to work days, nights, and/or weekends depending on unit needs All inpatient and crisis-unit RNs are eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus About the Role We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) with experience in crisis, inpatient, and/or residential behavioral health to join our team in Tucson, Arizona. These full-time, direct-hire opportunities offer long-term stability, predictable scheduling structure, and a comprehensive benefits package. The same Tucson location is also hiring Residential Behavioral Health RNs for both day and night 12-hour shifts. Residential behavioral health experience is preferred for candidates applying to residential units. Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability & Life Insurance (25% employer-paid) 401(k) with Employer Match – 100% vested immediately 5 Weeks of PTO Shift Differentials Available Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Eligible – Non-Profit Supplemental Plans: Hospital Indemnity & Critical Illness Key Responsibilities Provide patient-centered nursing care in inpatient, crisis, or residential behavioral health settings Deliver detox services and support patients through crisis stabilization Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop individualized care plans Coordinate discharge planning and connect patients with community resources Maintain a safe, therapeutic, and trauma-informed environment Accurately document care, assessments, and interventions in the EMR Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams Requirements Active Arizona RN license or compact state license BLS certification (required) Experience in crisis, inpatient, and/or residential behavioral health Residential experience preferred for residential roles (required based on unit) Ability to work 12-hour shifts with scheduling flexibility based on unit needs Strong interpersonal, communication, and de-escalation skills Open to experienced RNs and motivated new graduates with a passion for behavioral health Why Join Us?
