The Director's first responsibility is to execute the vision of our Operator to "be where the moment matters", take ownership of the restaurant, and exhibit care for all team members and guests. The Director must ensure that the relationship among the teams is healthy and strong. Partnering with the Operator to protect the safety and security of the restaurant, the Director must fully understand all the risks facing the business and be passionate about implementing policies, providing necessary communication, and taking immediate steps to protect Chick-fil-A brand standards for our team.
