Practice Highlights

MD Express Urgent Care centers are open 7 days a week from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM , providing convenient, high-quality care throughout southeastern Virginia.

Providers rotate among locations in:

• Williamsburg
• Yorktown
• Newport News
• Hampton
• Gloucester

You'll care for infants, children, adolescents, and adults while managing a broad range of urgent medical conditions, injuries, and minor procedures in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Clinical responsibilities include evaluation and treatment of:

• Respiratory and viral illnesses
• Minor fractures, sprains, and lacerations
• Sports and occupational injuries
• Minor procedures and wound care
• Physicals and occupational medicine
• Vaccinations and preventive services
• Foreign body removal and other common urgent care procedures

We're Looking For

The ideal physician enjoys practicing broad-spectrum medicine, works well in a fast-paced clinical setting, and values teamwork, patient service, and evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Internal Medicine
• Eligible for Virginia medical licensure
• DEA registration (or eligible)
• Excellent communication and patient-centered clinical skills

Hiring Range:

$151 – $189/hour
