MEP Coordinator

Join a growing commercial construction team as an MEP Coordinator. In this role, you'll support the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems from preconstruction through commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate MEP systems throughout project lifecycle
• Participate in BIM coordination and help resolve design conflicts
• Review plans and specifications for constructability
• Support subcontractor coordination, startup, testing, and commissioning
• Promote safety, quality, and schedule adherence on projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of commercial construction and/or MEP experience preferred
• Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
