Join our Field Design & Service Center Team as an Apprentice Jeweler. You will handle administrative and clerical tasks, polish jewelry, and support the team while working toward becoming a Bench Jeweler. Responsibilities Perform full administrative responsibilities, including customer service and interaction with both stores and customers. Complete administrative/clerical tasks such as photography of jewelry for intake and tracking. Learn the basics of jewelry repair starting with polishing and quality control. Desired Administrative Skills Customer Service minded with strong interpersonal skills. High standard for quality work. Basic computer skills. Excellent organizational skills. Detail oriented. Knowledge of shipping/receiving. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, multi‑task, and time management. Position Requirements High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required. Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design preferred but not required. Varying hours including some nights and weekends. Full‑time 40‑hour work week with seasonal required overtime. Benefits Base pay: $15.40 – $16.00, final rate based on experience and qualifications. Jeweler Certification classes to develop and enhance bench skills.
