Salary : $86,200 - $126,800/year* + profit sharing + benefits

*Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

What You’d Do in This Role:


As a Product Manager on the Protections team, you’ll help shape the digital experiences that enable people to confidently protect their families and financial future through insurance. You'll own meaningful portions of the customer journey, partnering with designers, engineers, marketers, and business stakeholders to solve customer problems and deliver experiences that create value for both our customers and business.

You'll balance product discovery with execution, learning from customer research, experimentation, and analytics to identify opportunities, validate solutions, and continuously improve the experience.

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have 3+ years of experience building and improving customer-facing digital products.
• You’re passionate about understanding customer needs and using those insights to solve meaningful problems.
• You have experience prioritizing product work and delivering measurable customer and business outcomes.
• You’re comfortable using customer research, experimentation, and product analytics to inform decisions and improve experiences.
• You enjoy collaborating with design, engineering, marketing, and business partners to bring ideas to life.
• You're curious about using AI to improve how product teams discover, build, and deliver customer value.
• You bring a collaborative, ownership-minded approach and communicate effectively across teams.
