Account Manager-IT Staffing

Our client, a national IT Staffing & Solutions company, is looking to hire an Account Manger in the McLean VA area. The Account Manager will be responsible for selling IT Staffing services to a large enterprise account in the Financial Services space. The compensation for this role will consist of a competitive base salary and commission plan. This is a fully remote role but will require the Account Manager to be at the client site in McLean VA 3x per week. Benefits & Compensation: Competitive salary Aggressive commission plan Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO Recruiter Requirements & Qualifications: Min. 4 years IT staffing sales experience. Highly earnings motivated. Strong sense of urgency. Must be willing to visit client site in McLean VA 3x per week. Preferred Background & Skills: IT Staffing Business Development with Enterprise Financial Services Account. Experienced in new business development. Highly results oriented.
