Shift Differentials:
Night Shift (6PM – 6AM): +$3/hr

Available Shifts:
Days: 6AM – 6PM
Nights: 6PM – 6AM

Job Summary
Livingston Health and Rehabilitation Center, under new leadership, is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality care and daily living support to our residents in accordance with individualized care plans and long-term care standards.

Essential Functions

• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs.

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, toileting, oral hygiene, and other ADLs.

• Serve and collect meal trays and assist residents with eating as needed.

• Transport residents safely via wheelchair, walker, or by assisting them to walk.

• Reposition residents to maintain comfort and prevent skin issues.

• Measure and record vital signs, intake/output, and weights as directed.

• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.

Qualifications

• Required: Current CNA certification in the state of Montana.

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Compassionate and dependable work ethic.
