We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Office Associate to join our Shoreline, WA team full-time. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and smooth experience. You’ll manage appointment scheduling, coordinate financial agreements, and support the dental team, all while contributing to a positive office atmosphere. Title Front Office Associate Job Description Welcome patients warmly and provide a positive first impression Deliver outstanding customer service ensuring each patient feels valued Manage appointment confirmations and adjust schedules efficiently Coordinate financial agreements and clearly communicate payment options Maintain an organized, clean, and inviting front office environment Assist with additional tasks to support office operations and team members Salary Range full-time $41,600 - $50,100 per year - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
