Sales Operations Specialist

Sales Operations Specialist | Leading Financial Services Organization We're looking for a detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to support Sales and Service teams with commissions, reporting, processes, and day-to-day operations. If you have 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, sales administration, commissions, or a related field. What You'll Do: Support commission and incentive administration and ensure requests are processed accurately Review commission requests, validate data, and research discrepancies or questions Track requests, approvals, issues, deadlines, and follow-ups across multiple workflows Coordinate projects, meetings, operational activities, and team follow-ups Maintain process documentation, procedures, and training materials Assist with reporting, audits, and recurring sales operations activities Collaborate with Sales, Service, and internal business teams to resolve issues and support business needs Identify opportunities to improve processes and ensure requests are completed accurately and on time What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations, or a related field 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, sales administration, commissions, or a related area Commission or incentive administration experience is a strong plus Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information professionally Top performers in this role are strong communicators, adept at aligning diverse stakeholders, and focused on driving measurable delivery outcomes across a complex technical landscape.
