Registered Nurse (RN) - Outpatient

Travel RN – Oncology
Shift: Days, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM No weekends, no call required
Guaranteed hours: 40/week
Minimum 2 years RN experience required Required certification: BLS Experience with EPIC charting system required Outpatient oncology experience preferred Skills in port/PICC/central line care, IV maintenance, phlebotomy, and symptom management
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive care to adult and geriatric patients with GU-related cancers through various procedures and treatment regimens. Administer chemotherapy, infusions, and manage patients' symptoms, including nausea and neuropathy. Monitor and communicate abnormal lab values and physiological changes. Facilitate patient education regarding treatment and self-care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care delivery. Assist with minor procedures and handle cytotoxic waste safely.
Orientation: Approximately 30 hours. RTO restrictions: 7 days must be included with submission. Facility parking options available at a fee.
