Position Description

What You'll Do:

As a Craftsperson/General Laborer , you'll be an essential part of our construction team, performing various tasks to support heavy civil projects, including:

• Operating hand tools and small power tools.
• Assisting with concrete finishing, carpentry, and general construction work.
• Keeping job sites clean and organized.
• Setting up traffic control and ensuring worksite safety.
• Operating small heavy equipment safely.
• Working under the supervision of foremen and superintendents to complete projects efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift/carry 50-100 lbs. , stand/walk for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
• 3+ years of experience in heavy highway/civil construction or related fields is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of construction equipment, carpentry, and concrete finishing.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a drug screening.
• Preferred: A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
