Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Illinois license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• No current placement allowed at Program: Favorite Healthcare Program - Endeavor Health.

Additional Details:

Candidates should be able to start within 2 to 3 weeks of offer.

Required Skills/Experience: 2 Years of Stroke/Neuro Required

Preferred Skills/Experience: 3 Years

Required Credentials: Passing EKG Test (all must be presented at time of submittal)

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Requirements: yes- every other On-Call Requirements: N/A Holiday Requirements: As needed

Floating Requirements: first to float, as needed to like units

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required
