Prepare comprehensive electronic evaluation reports that integrate multiple data sources and summarize findings, interpretations, and recommendations in compliance with state and federal timelines. Conduct virtual observations, functional behavioral assessments (FBA), and environmental analyses using remote protocols, evaluating the validity of digital assessment results and documenting any tele‑assessment limitations in accordance with professional best practice standards. Consultation and Collaboration Partner with teachers, parents, and administrators to design evidence‑based academic and behavioral interventions. Facilitate virtual IEP and MTSS meetings, interpreting complex assessment results and guiding data‑based decision making. The School Psychologist provides virtual professional learning related to mental health, behavioral supports, and RTI/MTSS processes. Consult with campus leadership during crisis situations and threat assessment processes, conduct risk analysis and documentation review, and assist in developing safety plans and post‑crisis intervention strategies in coordination with on‑site teams. Counseling and Support Services Deliver virtual individual and group counseling and social‑emotional support services aligned with IEP and Section 504 plans. Implement behavior intervention plans (BIP) and collaborate with staff to support ongoing progress monitoring within digital learning environments. Conduct virtual student observations and consultations to inform intervention planning and service adjustments. The School Psychologist provides remote crisis intervention support in alignment with district protocols and nonviolent crisis response standards and assists with post‑incident recovery planning in coordination with on‑site teams. Compliance and Professional Practice Ensure all services adhere to IDEA, FERPA, HIPAA, and applicable state‑specific education regulations and professional practice standards. Maintain documentation, evaluation reports, counseling records, and IEP documentation in compliance with federal and state‑specific timelines and procedural requirements. The School Psychologist upholds professional boundaries and strict confidentiality in all remote interactions and digital service platforms. Maintain active licensure in the state(s) in which services are provided and remain current with tele‑practice standards, ethical guidelines, and evolving virtual assessment practices. Participate in ongoing professional development to ensure continued licensure compliance and high‑quality remote service delivery. Perform additional duties as assigned in alignment with organizational and student service needs. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS Master’s degree or higher in Education, School Psychology, or relevant. Valid state‑specific certification or credential authorizing service as a School Psychologist in the state(s) where services are provided.
