• Valid Driver's License
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Comfortable presenting solutions and closing sales

 

Preferred qualifications:

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• 3+ years of sales experience
• 2+ years in construction or trades

DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR HVAC CUSTOMER CONSULTANT

In this role, you spend your day meeting customers face-to-face, learning about their homes, their comfort concerns, and their goals. You evaluate their existing systems, uncover opportunities for improvement, and recommend tailored solutions like HVAC systems, heat pumps, generators, and indoor air quality upgrades. As you walk them through options, costs, and financing, you gain their trust and help them make confident decisions. Behind the scenes, you collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure every job is completed seamlessly, turning your recommendations into real results.
