Patient Care Representative

Overview Sentara Cardiology Specialists Charlottesville is now hiring a full‑time Patient Care Representative. Location Charlottesville, VA Work Shift First (Days) Hours Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, day‑shift. Responsibilities As a Patient Care Representative with Sentara, you will be responsible for the registration process of new and current patients at the site. Primary responsibilities include completing check‑in and check‑out functions, collecting co‑pays, scheduling appointments, and requesting medical records. You will also answer telephone calls and greet all patients and visitors with a smile. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma (Required). Experience Customer service experience (Preferred).
