Shift Type: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, every other weekend, floating required to all units and sister facility
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care as part of the float pool across all Med-Surg units
- Administer medications and treatments using Omnicell and Alaris systems
- Monitor patient vitals and report changes to the healthcare team
- Document accurately in Cerner EMR
- Collaborate with nurses and physicians to ensure quality outcomes
- Float to sister facility as needed to support staffing
Qualifications
- Active LVN/LPN license in California
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS certification from AHA
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Willingness to float to various units and facilities
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient with Cerner EMR
- Experience with Omnicell medication dispensing system
- Skilled in using Alaris IV pumps
- Ability to adapt quickly to different unit protocols
- Team player with a flexible attitude
