Creative Strategist

MOD BIKES designs electric bikes and accessories for riders worldwide. We're growing fast, dreaming big, and having way too much fun building this brand. Our small in-house marketing team needs a new teammate to help us level up our content.We're looking for a Creative Strategist who can bridge the gap between our growth team and our creative team turning what's working (and what's not) into sharper creative direction, and turning product features into stories people actually want to watch.What you'll doOwn the creative vision across web, social, and campaignsTranslate brand, product features, and performance insights into visual storytellingPartner closely with growth/performance marketing to understand what's converting and shape creative direction accordinglyCome up with non-traditional ideas: TikTok-style videos, UGC, story-driven contentDirect and manage photographers, videographers, designers, writers, and editorsPlan photo/video shoots (concepts, shot lists, talent, locations, props)Write scripts and voiceover copy for video contentBe on-set to keep things moving and make sure we get the right shots on-brand, on timeUse AI to speed up workflows and scale creative outputKeep everything on-brand, fresh, and funHelp guide our customer content creator (UGC) programBig plus if youAre comfortable creating content yourself (phone, camera, AI tools whatever gets it done)Know how to shoot photos or video (even casually)Are comfortable in front of the cameraLove experimenting with AI for creative workRun your own social and have real platform instincts trends, hooks, pacing, content that moves peopleHave experience working alongside performance/growth marketing teamsAre familiar with electric bikes (huge plus, but not required)A few important notesThis is an in-office roleWe're a small, growing brand this is not a six-figure roleThe application process will include a short questionnaire and a creative exerciseIf you're excited about shaping a brand, creating content that actually gets watched, and building something meaningful from the inside we'd love to see what you've got.Please include a short cover letter explaining why you're excited about the role and why you're a good fit.
