Cromwell is seeking a Warehouse Team Supervisor at our Leicester, UK site to lead and develop a proactive team across the distribution centre. You will champion safety, drive productivity and quality, coach staff on performance, and ensure adherence to SOPs while engaging with the wider warehouse management team.
