Senior Contract Analyst

Senior Contract Analyst Responsibilities Create high-quality analytical deliverables supporting Member Value Enablement strategies. Develop and deliver member-ready analytics for GPO, clinical tools, and services. Assist the Manager with training, task prioritization, issue resolution, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with Directors, Managers, and Contract Analysts to support member and commercial teams nationwide. Maintain awareness of other business groups and drive member engagement. Prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of complex deliverables. Generate ad‑hoc analytical products and routine analytics to demonstrate contract value. Be an expert on Supply Chain ITS tools and manage data lifecycle. Respond to issues quickly, resolve or escalation within the account team. Analytics Development Support MVE goals to enable members to realize supply chain and clinical improvement potential. Contribute insights on data, optimization, performance, and technology. Participate in cross‑functional teams across business units. Understand organizational structure, product offerings, and supply chain collaborative rules. Required Qualifications 4+ years of applicable experience. Health Care Business analytics background. High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills. Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with advanced BI tools or data pulls. Experience with large data sets and data cleanup. Customer‑service orientation. Analytical skills: evaluate multi‑source data, reconcile conflicts, decompose information. In‑depth knowledge of Premier data sources. Mentorship and training ability. Cross‑functional team collaboration skills. Strong prioritization and self‑accountability. Experience in healthcare and IT environments preferred. Ability to prepare and present clinical/financial data using Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Premier tools. Additional Requirements Stationary position for prolonged periods. Adaptable to changing priorities and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective communication with internal communication. Independent decision‑making. Working Conditions & Physical Demands Hospital environment, no travel. Sedentary work with occasional lifting up to 10 pounds.
