As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide professional customer service and clear communication while helping create a welcoming environment. Pay Rate: $17.85 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of loading areas, parking lots, entry points, trailer yards, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor personnel, visitor, and vehicle access in accordance with site-specific requirements, documenting observations and incidents as required.
• Maintain clear communication with site personnel, dispatch, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related concerns and operational changes.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Have customer service experience, preferred.
• Have access control and badge experience, preferred.
• Possess a guard card or license, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
